Welcome to www.html2pdf.site, herein referred to as “the Site”. The Site is operated by Trinity MC, located at 117 Zaichar St., Sofia, the Republic of Bulgaria (referred to as “the Company”, “we”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (which we refer to as the “Terms”) cover your use of and access to HTML2PDF.SITE and your content in HTML2PDF.SITE. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information while our Program Policies outline your responsibilities when using our Service. Your use of HTML2PDF.SITE requires that you agree to the Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not understand the Terms or do not accept any part of them, then you should not use HTML2PDF.SITE.
By using the site and/or the Services you warrant and represent that you are of sufficient age under the law of the jurisdiction in which you reside to enter into a binding legal agreement.
By accepting these terms, you agree not to use the free subscription to HTML2PDF.SITE for business purposes; you must use the service only for personal non-commercial purposes. Don’t misuse HTML2PDF.SITE. You may use HTML2PDF.SITE only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. You are responsible for your conduct and your content stored in HTML2PDF.SITE, and you must comply with our Program Policies. We may review your conduct and content in HTML2PDF.SITE for compliance with the Terms and our Program Policies.
All content included on the Site and made available in connection with the Services such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of the Company or its third party content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
You acknowledge that you alone are responsible for the content of any visual and/or audio presentations or portions thereof (“Presentations”) that you import to, create, store on, or access through the use of the Site, the Services, and/or the Software. Your responsibility for the content and appearance of each Presentation includes, but is not limited to, its legality, reliability, appropriateness, and originality.
Our system may analyze your content to provide you personally relevant product features, such as customized search results, and spam and malware detection. If you submit feedback or suggestions about HTML2PDF.SITE, we may use your feedback or suggestions without obligation to you.
In connection with your use of HTML2PDF.SITE, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You may opt out of some of those communications.
Using HTML2PDF.SITE does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in HTML2PDF.SITE or the content you access. You may not use content from HTML2PDF.SITE unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or @logos used in HTML2PDF.SITE. Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with HTML2PDF.SITE.
The Privacy Policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use HTML2PDF.SITE. By using HTML2PDF.SITE, you agree that Trinity MC can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.
All software used on the Site is the property of HTML2PDF.SITE or its software suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. All of the trademarks, service marks, brand and trade names and @logos appearing on the Site are the proprietary intellectual property of the owners of such marks or names and you may not use, modify, remove or otherwise infringe any of such proprietary intellectual property. The Company retains full ownership rights with respect to the Services including but not limited to design, functionality, and documentation. You may not copy, edit, reverse engineer, re-license, sell or reproduce any part of the Services. We provide information to help copyright holders manage their intellectual property online. If you think somebody is violating your copyrights and want to notify us, you can find information about submitting notices and Trinity MC’s policy about responding to notices in our Help Center.
You may not upload or post to the Site or otherwise use in any way in connection with your use of the Services or the Software any text, video or audio recording, images or other material protected by copyright, trademark, or any other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner of such copyright, trademark or other proprietary right. The burden of determining that any material is not protected by any such right is on you. You shall be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from your violation of this prohibition.
All trademarks and/or service marks displayed on the Site are the exclusive property of their respective owners, and may not be used without the owner’s permission.
We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our Program Policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law. But that does not necessarily mean that we review content, so please don’t assume that we do.
We are constantly changing and improving HTML2PDF.SITE. We may make performance or security improvements, change functionalities or features, or make changes to comply with law or to prevent illegal activities on, or abuse of, our systems. Other than as expressly stated, we don’t make any commitments about the specific functionality available through HTML2PDF.SITE, its reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs.
Your use of the Site or Services is at your risk. The Company does not warrant or represent that any content associated with or used in connection with the Site or Services is factual or error-free, or that the use of such material will not infringe rights of third parties.
The Company does not warrant that the functional aspects of the Site will be error-free, or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. The Company reserves the right to correct any errors on its website. If your use of the Site, or other content or services, results in the need for servicing or replacing property, material, equipment or data, or results in injury to persons or damage to property, the Company is not responsible for those costs.
Without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that everything associated with the Site, and its programs the Software, and the Services, are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE MATERIAL CONTAINED ON ITS WEBSITE, OR ABOUT ITS SOFTWARE, TEXT, GRAPHICS, LINKS, OR RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM USING HTML2PDF.SITE WEBSITE OR SERVICES. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH HEREIN, POWTOON DOES NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION ABOUT THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCT, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH USE OF THE SITE OR THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, OR AFFILIATED ENTITIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS (WHETHER INVOLVING ALLEGATIONS OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) AND IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE AND CONTENT.
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the Company does not warrant that:
The Site or the Services will be constantly available, or available at all
That transmission of data to or from the Site will occur at any minimum speed
The information on the Site is complete, true, accurate, or non-misleading
Trinity MC and its suppliers and distributors are not responsible or liable for:
(a) losses that were not caused by our breach of these Terms;
(b) any loss or damage that was not, at the time the relevant contract with you was formed, a reasonably foreseeable consequence of Trinity MC breaching the Terms; or
(c) losses relating to any business of yours including lost profits, revenues, opportunity or data.
The total liability of Trinity MC, and its suppliers and distributors, for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the services (or, if the subject of the claim is the free service, to supplying you the services again).
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit the liability of Trinity MC and its suppliers and distributors for death or personal injury, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The laws of the Republic of Bulgaria will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or HTML2PDF.SITE. All claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or HTML2PDF.SITE will be litigated exclusively in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, and you and Trinity MC consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
The Company reserves the right to restrict access to certain areas of the Site, or at our discretion, the entire website. The Company may change or modify its access policy with or without prior notice. You may become a user of the Site’s free areas and Services (a “Member”) or a paid Subscriber. In either case, you will be required to establish a User Account with a Company-provided user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of the Site, or other content or Services. You must ensure that your user ID and password are kept confidential. You alone are responsible for your password and user ID security. The Company may disable your User Account and your ID and password at the Company’s sole discretion and without prior notice.
For all for-pay account types, payment occurs on a pre-pay basis and payment will be automatically renewed for the next term, at the end of each term. The amount you are to pay will depend upon which account type you choose. If you choose to cancel a recurring payment, you should cancel your account prior to the next billing term. If you do not elect to purchase an additional month/year of service, your account will be suspended and you will have the option of converting to a FREE account type – subject to the limitations of a FREE account.
You will be able to buy services via your paying account and will be billed to you each time you choose to use the services or other objects.
Under EU law you are entitled to cancel your online service and request a refund within 14 days of activation. Please note that by downloading and/or publishing a mobile App whilst holding a subscription, you are waiving your rights of cancellation in which case no refund will be provided.
If you purchase your subscription via PayPal, we will honor PayPal’s Refund Policy.
We may modify these Terms or any additional terms that apply to HTML2PDF.SITE, for example: to reflect changes to HTML2PDF.SITE or to the law, custom, or political or economic policy; or in response to guidelines issued by regulators or relevant industry bodies; or to enable Trinity MC to meet its obligations. You should look at the Terms regularly. We’ll post notice of modifications to these Terms on this page. We’ll post notice of modified additional terms (“Additional Terms”) in HTML2PDF.SITE and will provide prior notice of material changes to the Terms to you. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than 14 days after they are posted or notified to you. However, changes addressing new functions or features (“New Services”) or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a New Service, you should discontinue your use of that New Service (see “Termination” above, for more information). If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Additional Terms, the Additional Terms will control for that conflict. These Terms control the relationship between Trinity MC and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights. If you do not comply with these Terms, and we don’t take action right away, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).
